World renowned Jamaican rocksteady duo, Keith & Tex aka Keith Rowe and Phillip "Tex" Dixon, rose to fame with producer Derrick Harriott in the late 1960s, when they recorded timeless examples of rocksteady - Stop That Train, Tonight, Don’t Look Back, and Hypnotizing Eyes, to name just a few. Shockingly they only made their debut UK in 2014, at The London Int'l Ska Festival! The sold-out crowd rose the roof. Don’t miss this opportunity to see their return!
Whether it be as a duo or solo artists Roy Panton & Yvonne Harrison are true ska and rocksteady pioneers, who appeared on the 1964 classic This Is Ska film alongside; Prince Buster, Toots & The Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, Stranger Cole, Monty Morris and Byron Lee & The Dragonaires, with Yvonne being the only female artist on the bill.
